Water Heaters
Our team is able to diagnose issues with your home’s Water Heater, in addition to
completing repairs/replacements as needed.
Types of Water Heaters
The most common type of water heater is the direct, atmospheric vent water heater. The majority of household utilize this type of
water heater.
The next most common type of water heater is the power vent water heater. This is
more energy efficient unit and has a better recovery. The unit itself is more costly but
you will save on energy costs in the long run. You could convert from a standard unit to
a power vent, however there will likely be some venting reconfiguration necessary.
The newer type of water heater is the tankless water heater. This is becoming more
common as it is even more energy efficient, and it gives you water on demand. You will
never run out of hot water and the water is heated only as it is used. The cost of
installation of a tankless water heater system has many variables and the size you need
depends on how large the home is, how many fixtures you have, and how many
bathrooms are in the residence. Call us today to discuss this further and schedule your
free in home estimate for the installation of your new water heater.
We offer Direct Vent Water Heaters most commonly in 40, 50, and 70 Gallon options,
but are able to fulfill non-standard sizes, in addition to Commercial services. We use
Bradford White water heaters, but we could install any brand you prefer. Most standard
direct vent water heaters come with a six-year manufacturer’s warranty.
